We all have human rights: Work-related rights

Everyone has a right to work and to receive fair pay. Everyone has a right to join a trade union. Iceland has special legislation on the rights and obligations of workers and employers. It includes laws on trade unions, wages and other terms, work hours, and equal treatment in the labour market.
