International Law Instruments

International human rights instruments are generally divided into global instruments, to which any state in the world can be a party, and regional instruments, which are restricted to states in a particular region of the world. This section contains general international law instruments, where, i.e. the Charter of the United Nations and international criminal law instruments, may be found.
